Campus Education Australia Enrolment Forms

Campus Education Australia requires that all documentation is complete before a host family or booking is confirmed in writing.

Below, you will find links to download these forms, print them on your home computer and mail them to the address as stated on the forms.

  • A Deposit of 15% is required by telegraphic transfer at time of booking to Campus Education Australia.
  • Documentation, enrolment forms and so on will be sent to you for completion and are then to be returned to CEA. We will then proceed in choosing a suitable school and host family for you.
  • To obtain your visa, final payment is required by the school to confirm your placement in writing. With this confirmation letter you proceed to the Australian Consulate to process your visa (allow 6 -8 weeks).
  • Please organise a telegraphic transfer for the final payment to Campus Education Australia as soon as you have received the paperwork and enrolment forms from CEA.
  • Due to government regulations, the school will not issue a confirmation letter without receipt of full payment from CEA.
  • Please return all forms completed and signed by parents where necessary to Campus Education Australia by express post to enable CEA to proceed with further documentation.
  • On receipt of your final payment, documentation will be sent to you by express post together with full details of your host family. We will advise you of CEA's banking details via email. Any futher questions do not hesitate to email us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND: Requests for cancellation and refund may be made in writing together with any supporting documentation. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following policy.

If the request is received:

  • More than 28 days before the program start date in Australia - 85%
    Less than 28 days before the program start date in Australia - 75%
  • Less than 14 days before the program start date in Australia - 50%
    Less than 7 days before the program start date in Australia - Nil

NB: Written request to be made to the acting agent in your country on behalf of Campus Education Australia (CEA).

CODE OF CONDUCT: All students must adhere to the participating school's and CEA code of conduct. Failure to do so may lead to expulsion. In this case, no refund of fees will be made.

TRANSLATION: Where there is a difference in meaning or interpretation, the English language version will apply

Overseas Student Health Cover while studying in Australia is included in fees. (OSHC)
